• Support research, restoration and other projects that enhance the marine environment and bring long-term benefit to Bohai Bay and neighboring communities
• Select and monitor projects with the advice and guidance from independent experts
• Comply with all relevant laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China as well as international best practices
