While the operatorship in the Penglai 19-3 field was transferred in July of 2014 to CNOOC under the terms of the Production Sharing Contract, we remain committed to the long-term sustainable success of the Bohai Sea development and are actively exploring new areas to bring additional capacity to Penglai and the Bohai Sea.
