Our Supply Chain System
ConocoPhillips employs SMART by GEP to host and manage sourcing and contracting activities globally. The SMART tool enables you, as a supplier, to partake in sourcing events, review, negotiate, and manage new and existing contracts, and actively communicate with ConocoPhillips through a single centralized automated repository. Its end-to-end capabilities simplify the process of submitting sourcing event documentation, contract creation, negotiation, approval, signature, and post-award contract management.
By January 2025, all vendors will be required to utilize GEP SMART for supplier onboarding and invoicing (exceptions to the invoicing process are identified in the processes outlined below). Current vendors and new vendors will be required to be set up in the new system.
