Creating Hope for Heart Charity Program

In addition to funding surgery for children who suffer from congenital heart disease, ConocoPhillips China works with Children’s HeartLink and hospitals in China to fund and support overseas training for medical professionals from different provinces, to improve the capacity in helping pediatric cardiac patients. The program has been implemented at West China Hospital, TEDA International Cardiovascular Hospital and expanded to Qingdao Women and Children’s Hospital, supporting the Southwest, North and East China regions. Since 2013, the project has sponsored over 2,000 medical staff to participate in international exchanges and professional training, benefiting tens of thousands of children through their treatments.
